In January 2011 the register of medicines will be integrated into the official Internet resource of the Center for Analytical Examination of Medicines of the Azerbaijani Health Ministry, the center told Trend.
Integration of registry in Internet resource of the center will allow customers to check the compliance of the medicine bought by them with the quality, setting the search by serial number.
At present, every medicine officially delivered to Azerbaijan is controlled in a laboratory of the center, after which a quality certificate is issued that guarantees the safety of its use for treatment. Series of medicine is input into the registry database.
A new procedure for providing information about medicines will ensure transparency of procedure for all participants of the pharmaceutical market.
