A protest action is being held in front of a building in Bishkek, where the Judge Selection Council's meeting is underway, 24.kg news agency reported.
It is attended by about 40 people, who are holding posters "Parliament , dissolve Judge Selection Council ," " There's no place for corrupt judges! ", " We need People's court " etc in their hands.
The Council members led by Chairman Shamaral Maychiyev met the protesters . Protestors are shouting : "Let the Judge Selection Council be dissolved ". There was skirmish between one of the council members and protesters . The protester expressed his dissatisfaction with the fact that the Council consists of people, who represent interests of certain political parties. "Ten peoples only from Ata Meken party are represented in the Counci ," he says.
About 10 police are at the scene of protest action.
