Chairperson of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Lidia Yermoshina believes the House of Representatives of the National Assembly will be elected in the first round, BelTA .
Lidia Yermoshina told a press conference in Minsk on September 28, members of the parliament may be elected in the first round in all the 110 constituencies. Though there are small constituencies in Belarus where no candidate can win in the first round, she added.
