The Executive Secretary of the Ruling New Azerbaijan Party (NAP) Ali Ahmadov will represent Azerbaijan in the Congress of Turkish ruling Justice and Development Party, the Azerbaijani Ambassador to Turkey Zakir Hashimov exclusively informed Trend. The Congress is scheduled to take place on November 11.
The Primer Minister of the Republic of Turkey Rajab Teyyub Erdogan is a leader of the ruling party. He was born in 1954 in Istanbul. He graduated from the Economy and Management Department of Marmara University. Since 1970, he led the regional youth organization of the Islamic Party of National Rescue. In 1984, he became the head of its regional department and in 1985 leader of Istanbul organization.
In 1994 he was elected the mayor of Istanbul. He led to the flank of reformers in the Islam Political Movement. On March 9, 2003, he was elected the deputy of the Parliament and has been the Prime Minister since March 14 of the same year.
