BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 20. The volume of remittances by individuals from Israel to Azerbaijan amounted to $7.508 million in the first half of 2024.
The data obtained by Trend from the country's Central Bank shows that this indicator increased by 16.13 percent, or $1.043 million, compared to the figure for the same period of the year.
The share of transfers from Israel in the total volume of transfers amounts to 1.3 percent.
Meanwhile, the volume of remittances by individuals from Israel to Azerbaijan amounted to $13.825 million by the end of 2023.
To note, following the results of 2023, the volume of remittances by individuals from foreign countries to Azerbaijan amounted to $1.6 billion.
