BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 19. The index of Uzbekistan's financial sector at the Uzbek Republican Stock Exchange reached 720.83 points on April 19, increasing by 45.28 points from April 18, Trend reports via the Exchange.
The figure for the industrial sector has fallen, settling at 9,691.69 points – a decrease of 1,605.41 points compared to the April 18 figure (11,297.10 points).
The figure for the construction sector reached 5,127.46 points on Apr.19 from 5,319.65 points on April 18.
The index of the trade sector reached 12,991.2 points on Apr.19, decreasing by 3 points compared to the April 18 figure (12,994.20 points).
Uzbekistan's "Toshkent" republican stock exchange was formed in 1994, to help further expand economic reforms in the country, and ensure the protection of private property and the development of business.
