Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev congratulated President of the Democratic Republic of Algeria Abdelaziz Bouteflika on re-election on April 14, AzerTaj state news agency reported.
Azerbaijani President said he is hopeful consistent efforts to maintain historical friendly ties between Azerbaijan and Algeria and to enhance cooperation in all fields will be continued.
