Rabiyyat Aslanova, Chairwoman of the Human Rights Permanent Commission of the Mili Majlis (Parliament) and another Azerbaijani MP, Malahat Hassanova, are expected to participate in the 3rd International Conference under the aegis of UN to be held in Bangkok on November 20-22. The Conference will be devoted the Action Plan on Population Growth and Development, the Press-Service of the Azerbaijani Parliament informed Trend.
Issues on health, regulating the growth of population, international and internal migration, equality of sexes, as well as issues on education, and increasing the role of national parliaments in solving the issues are expected to be held during the forthcoming event.
The Azerbaijani MPs will express their position on the issues to be discussed, as well as solutions of the problems.
