The Academy of Civil Service established about a year ago under the Turkmen President will invite foreign teachers, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhammedov's decree states.
The document fixed the order of payment to specialists and teachers invited from foreign countries.
The Academy operates in two main ways - two-year retraining of the state office staff and training which is equivalent to the second higher education, as well as raising the level of skill for a period of two, four and five months.
The structure has three departments - state-legal, civil-legal and humanitarian disciplines. The compulsory subjects are foreign languages.
There are cases of staff purge in the Turkmen government. The updated Constitution reflects an article about a gradual transition to market relations. Signing the decree of dismissal, the President said that dismissed officials did not keep up with the time and change.
