BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 21. Iran currently has no plans to negotiate with the United States over its nuclear program, Esmail Baghaei, the spokesperson of Iran's Foreign Ministry Esmail Baghaei, said at a press conference in Tehran on July 21, Trend reports.
According to him, Iran is currently negotiating with the European side. At the same time, Iran believes that diplomacy is an opportunity to reach an agreement between the countries.
Baghaei stated that US President Donald Trump's announcement of striking Iran's nuclear facilities itself shows that an illegal step has been taken against Iran. All this will be used as documentation by Iran. The United States' insistence on proposing and passing UN Security Council Resolution 2231 to eliminate Iran's peaceful nuclear program makes it easier to prove the illegality of the attack on Iran.

On June 24, the Israeli Prime Minister's Office announced that the Israeli government, mediated by U.S. President Donald Trump, had agreed to a ceasefire with Iran.
Iran's Supreme National Security Council also issued a statement noting that the attacks had stopped.
On April 12, 19, 26, April 11, May 11, and May 23, the fifth round of indirect talks on Iran's nuclear program was held between Iran and the US.
