Gudsi Osmanov, Azerbaijan Consul General to Saint Petersburg, met Adrey Burlakov, the Vice-Governor of Leningrad Oblast of Russia today, on December 19, a source in the Consulate General informed Trend. The issue on presenting a quota to involve more Azerbaijan citizens, taking into consideration applying new methods on the regulation of labour migration in Russia was considered during the meeting. Mr. Burlakov said that there is an exigency in working force in Leningrad Oblast. He emphasized the importance of involving Azerbaijan citizens in working places, as well as extending quota for them. Russian corresponding bodies have envisaged the extension of the volume of labour quota for Azerbaijan citizens.
