BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 19. A total of 4,300 tons of aluminum and by-products worth $12.4 million were exported from Azerbaijan in January 2025.
The data obtained by Trend from the State Customs Committee shows that this figure represents a decrease of $2.9 million or 19.2 percent in value and a drop of 1,300 tons or 23.6 percent in volume compared to the same period in 2024.
In addition, the metallurgical industry and the production of finished metal products in Azerbaijan reached 94.8 million manat ($55.7 million) in January 2024.
