The date of presenting the new Customs Code of Azerbaijan was established. The presentation will take place on November 15, in Baku, Trend reports with the reference to the Office of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Azerbaijan.
The works on preparing the new Customs Code of Azerbaijan have been realized within the project Modernization of the Customs System in Azerbaijan. The same day, an agreement will be signed between the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan and UNDP on prolonging the project - Creation of information delivery network and development of institutional possibilities of SCC.
The fourth stage of the project realization comes to an end. The agreement on the first stage was signed on January 26, 1999. The project aims to increase the technical potential and efficiency of the SCC activities.
