BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 12. The volume of Turkmen imports of peaches and nectarines from Uzbekistan from January through September 2022 has been published, Trend reports citing Turkmenportal.
During the reporting period, Turkmenistan imported 471 tons of these products from Uzbekistan.
Almost the entire volume of exports (99 percent of the total) of peaches and nectarines from Uzbekistan was shipped to the markets of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
According to official statistics, for the period from the beginning of May through September of this year, Uzbekistan exported 76,700 tons of peaches and nectarines totaling $68.1 million.
