Jundullah announced its new leader

Jundullah, operating in the south-eastern Iran, which belongs to the Sunni stream of Islam announced a new leader, the official site of the group junbish.blogspot.com reported.

After Abdolmalek Rigi's arrest central committee of the group met and chose Mohammed Zafer Baluch as a leader.

The official site of Jundullah reports that the group will even be stronger to fight against the Iranian government.

Former leader of the group Abdolmalek Rigi was captured by the security forces of Iran in a plane on flight from Dubai, UAE to Kazakhstan.

According to the official site in Rigi's detention involved the intelligence of Iran, the U.S. and Pakistan.

Abdolmalek Rigi confessed on Iranian television, Press TV, he was association with CIA that the U.S. flatly denied.

The group, led by Rigi, claimed responsibility for an attack that killed over 40 people, including five senior commanders of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps, in the southeastern province of Sistan-Baluchestan Oct.18. Militants of the Jundullah ring regularly cross over into Iran from their hideouts in neighboring Pakistan to attack civilians and police officers.
