The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for Dec. 23:
Export floor: Offers 300 tons of insulation.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 22,379 tons of various chemicals.
Agriculture floor: Offers 325,000 day-old chickens, 310,000 tons of wheat, 5,600 tons of sugar, 1,200 tons of crude vegetable oil, and 2,177 tons of corn.
Furthermore, the side market of IME will offer 600 tons of palm oil from Malaysia, 1,000 tons of toluene and 155 tons of milk powder.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
