President Barack Obama and Saudi King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz agreed that the Syrian authorities should immediately stop violence against Syrian citizens and to continue consultations on issues related to the situation in Syria, RIA Novosti reported.
"President Obama spoke today with Saudi King Abdullah on regional issues and the situation in Syria. The two leaders expressed their deep concern regarding the overall severity of the Syrian government against its own citizens," - says the White House.
