Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev appointed Ablay Ryspayev the Deputy Commander of the Republican Guard, the presidential press-service reported.
The former Deputy Commander of the Republican Guard, Nurlan Zhylkaydarov was fired earlier by the presidential order.
