Georgian Foreign Minister Grigol Vashadze received Swiss Ambassador to Russia Walter Giger and Swiss Ambassador to Georgia Gunter Baechler.
The parties discussed a range of issues concerning their bilateral and multilateral relations, as well as Russian-Georgian relations and negotiations according to rules stipulated by Geneva, the Foreign Ministry told Trend.
The meeting also discussed Russian activities within the Swiss Embassy in Georgia and Georgian activities within the Swiss Embassy in Russia.
Vashadze appreciated Switzerland's role in the mediation between Russia and Georgia.
