BAKU, Azerbaijan,November 6. Cement exports from Türkiye to Azerbaijan reached $45.2 million, an increase of 9.5 percent year-on-year from January through October 2024, Trend reports.
In October alone, Türkiye exported $5.5 million worth of cement to Azerbaijan, a 24.2 percent increase compared to October 2023.
In contrast, Türkiye's overall cement exports to global markets declined by 7 percent in January-October 2024 compared to the same period in 2023, totaling $3.6 billion. However, October 2024 saw a slight increase of 0.5 percent, with exports reaching $365 million.
Over the past 12 months (October 2023 - October 2024), Türkiye’s total cement exports amounted to $4.3 billion.
