The date of the first meeting of the Board of Directors of Millikart has been adjourned to 26 September due to busy schedule of founder banks, Trend has been told at the processing center of by-card payments.
Earlier the gathering was scheduled for 20 September and later for 22 September, but delayed both times.
Millikart said that it was the final date and incase any problem appears the meeting will be held by correspondence through preliminary development of a protocol.
The gathering is expected to adopt the staff, tariffs, development plan of the Center, as well different important issues.
Staff of Millikart will be formed of 30 people The meeting will also coordinate the date of signing of a contract between the National Bank of Azerbaijan and bank on sell and buy of property and non-material assets of the Processing Center of Card Payments.
The NBA signed a constituent agreement on its transfer to management of 18 banks. The Millikart was founded on 14 July 2006. The founders of the Center are Atabank, Azerdemiryolbank, Azerturkbank, Bank of Baku, CIBank Debutbank, Amrahbank, Khalgbank, Kredobank, the Azerbaijani Micro Finance Bank, Parabank, Rabitabank, Respublikabank, Bank Standard, Texnikabank, Turanbank, UniBank and Zaminbank.
