Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. I.Khalilova / The personnel staff of the Joint Leasing Company (AzeriLeasing), which is the daughter company of the International Bank of Azerbaijan, has been changed due to structural amendments. Elchin Ahmadov was appointed the Director General of the Joint Leasing Company, replacing Jeyhun Nagiyev.
Before, Ahmadov headed the project of the International Finance Corporation on support to develop leasing in Azerbaijan, the implementation of which was completed two months before.
Changes within the company can be explained by the Britain company of Dolphin Leasing joining the company.
Dolphin Leasing acquired 52.3% participation in capital of AzeriLeasing on a nominal base.
Presently its capital is $800,000.
The entering of Dolphin Leasing to the shareholders' pool of the leasing company of the International Bank of Azerbaijan is a relevant resource to draw on foreign capital. The Joint Leasing Company financed leasing operations through the budget of International Bank of Azerbaijan.
